Just bought a 'Diamond' phone card from the local milk bar (it was the one the Chinese owner uses) - 3c per minute to China. Note that the call costs to mobiles are immense (perhaps Chinese sim card will be better) but to land lines should be pretty cheap.

Whatever your problem...shit happens and you can deal with it.Sometimes it's just not that easy to know how. That's the message from Michael Colling, a youth worker who helps young people improve their 'life skills'. He's the editor of a new book called 'The Other Side of Blue'. The book is a collection of stories from young people struggling with things like coming out at a young age or getting over a drug addiction. The central message is you're not the only one with your problem and you can get through it. Also here is Analee Matthews. She's written a chapter about her struggle to come to grips with her cultural identity. Analee was adopted from a Vietnamese orphanage when she was just 10 months old and brought to live in Australia. She has no idea who her parents are or why they gave her up.
